MATSURI is a small Japanese street food spot in the heart of Tbilisi, inspired by the food stalls and festivals of Japan. The menu features freshly prepared favorites including takoyaki, okonomiyaki, homemade gyoza, sushi, sashimi, and rice bowls. Japanese cooks prepare the food using traditional recipes and techniques, creating a casual and authentic experience where guests can watch the cooking process at the counter. Located in the underground passage in front of Stamba Hotel, MATSURI offers dine-in, pickup, and delivery.
